Comparison of NucleoCounter SP-100 with FACSCount

In a Danish survey, the NucleoCounter SP-100 from ChemoMetec A/S was compared to the flowcytometer based FACSCount AF System from BD Biosciences. The test is described in "Info Svin" Report no. 613, dated 28.08.2003 (copyright The National Committee for Pig Production). A brief English extract of the report is presented here.

A total of 120 boar ejaculates were tested on 7 different days. All ejaculates were tested in duplicates using the NucleoCounter SP-100 (SP-100) and FACSCount AF System (FACS).
