The NucleoCounter SCC-100 can transfer the image data collected by the CCD to a PC using the USB port on the rear of the instrument.
In order for the PC to be able to collect and present image data the following software must be installed on the PC: - A device driver for the USB port
- An application called "NC Reciever.exe"
- The program SomaticView
Installing the software from the SomaticView installation CD-ROM ensures that all three software parts are installed. Please note that the device driver for the USB port must be installed first. This is described in SomaticView User's Guide. |
