The NucleoCounter instrument is basically an integrated fluorescense microscope. The enclosure of the instrument contains an aluminium profile which holds all the essentiel parts for the fluorescense microscope and the computing part that performs the image analysis for counting of the cells in the sample. Apart from the fluorescense microscope the instrument also incorporates a printer port, USB port, DC input voltage port, a Keyboard and a Display. |
