Is the raw image or the processed image shown on the display of the SomaticView?

The Raw image is shown on the display of the SomaticView program. This ensures that the presence of a contaminant in the image (e.g. dust particles and bubbles) is visual. A contaminant or bubble will not effect the counting of cells.
