Bull semen

The NucleoCounter SP-100 offers total cell count and viability (membrane integrity) in bull semen samples. Extenders containing egg yolk or milk do not interfere with the cell counts, meaning that also extended and frozen/thawed straws can be measured. Due to the very good accuracy the method is perfectly suited for counting sexed semen samples, where the cell concentration is very low.
