Brewery yeast count

The NucleoCounter YC-100 offers an automatic and objective counting of beer yeast cells and a viability determination. The counting is easy, fast (30 sec.) calibration free, maintenance free and requires no cleaning. The instrument has a very high reproducibility.

The NucleoCounter can be used to count pitching (propagation) yeast as well as the yeast level during beer production.
