Brewery yeast

The NucleoCounter YC-100 offers an automatic and objective counting of beer yeast cells and a viability determination. The counting is easy, fast (30 sec.) calibration free, maintenance free and requires no cleaning. The instrument has a very good reproducibility and counts obtained on different instruments can be directly compared. The NucleoCounter can be used to count pitching (propagation) yeast as well as the yeast level during beer production.
