Yeast cell count
The NucleoCounter YC-100 offers an automatic and objective counting of yeast cells and a viability determination. The NucleoCounter YC-100 is optimized to count Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast cells in samples such as beer yeast, wine yeast and baking yeast. ChemoMetec also has good experience with the counting of other types of yeast.
The counting is easy, fast (30 sec.) calibration free, maintenance free and requires no cleaning. The instrument has a very good reproducibility.
