What light source is employed?

We use high power LED's.

How many LED´s?

There is seven LED´s in the NC-3000 with peaks at 365, 405, 455, 475, 500, 525 and 590nm respectively.

Does it use filters or grids?

The NC-3000 employs filters to select the fluorescence light detected by the camera.

How many filters?

There is eight interchangeable emission filters; 410-450, 415-525, 450-500, 500-555, 520-595, 555-605, 595-750, 630-1100 nm respectively.

What are the dimensions?

The dimensions are 29x29x31 cm [HxWxD].

What optics are installed?

The NC-3000 feature a lens with x2 magnification and a ½” CCD with 1360 x 1024 pixels.

Does the NC-3000 detect SSC & FSC?

No. The NC-3000 is not a traditional flowcytometer. NC-3000 is a fluorescence microscope and we do not apply side scatter and forward scatter as in a flow cytometer. We use direct light emitted from the chromophore.

Supply voltage?

100-240V ~ 50-60Hz.

What is the power consumption?

5/50W (power save mode/peak).
