There is seven LED´s in the NC-3000 with peaks at 365, 405, 455, 475, 500, 525 and 590nm respectively.
The NC-3000 employs filters to select the fluorescence light detected by the camera.
There is eight interchangeable emission filters; 410-450, 415-525, 450-500, 500-555, 520-595, 555-605, 595-750, 630-1100 nm respectively.

No. The NC-3000 is not a traditional flowcytometer. NC-3000 is a fluorescence microscope and we do not apply side scatter and forward scatter as in a flow cytometer. We use direct light emitted from the chromophore.
