NucleoView® Software
The NucleoView software can be used for additional documentation of analysis data like:
- MF (Multiplication Factor caused by the actual dilution of the sample by: Predilution and Reagent Y100)
- Viable og Non-Viable analysis
- Operator ID
- Sample comment
In addition the Raw Image is presented on the display.

The NucleoCounter can transfer the image data collected by the CCD to a PC using the USB. In order for the PC to be able to collect and present image data the following software must be installed on the PC:
- A device driver for the USB port
- An application called "NC Reciever.exe"
- The program NucleoView
Installing the software from the NucleoView installation CD-ROM ensures that all three software parts are installed.

The NucleoView program presents the image taken by and the result made by the NucleoCounter.The NucleoView program does not interfere with the basic image analysis and counting of cells in your sample. The program is used for easy documentation and calculation of viability.
Above is a screen dump from the NucleoView program. Clicking on the image will show the screen dump with full image resolution. The screen dump shows the basics of thenalysis section:
- The Image from the "CM file"
- The Object Intensity Histogram
- The Result part with the result before and after correction of dilution with the Multiplication factor. The Result shown at "Concentration of Cells in the suspension" is the "Concentration of Cells in the NucleoCassette" multiplied by the "Multiplication factor".s the recommended sample preparation is 1 part sample, 1 part Reagent A100 and 1 part Reagent B (see more here), the recommended Multiplication factor becomes 3.
