The SemenView software can be used for collection of data from the NucleoCounter SP-100 instrument and it will for each sperm sample analysed show the content of sperm cells and present the Raw Image on the display.

The NucleoCounter SP-100 can transfer the image data collected by the CCD to a PC using the USB port on the rear.
In order for the PC to be able to collect and present image data the following software must be installed on the PC:
- A device driver for the USB port
- An application called "NC Reciever.exe"

Installing the software from the SemenView installation CD-ROM ensures that all three software parts are installed.

The SemenView program presents the image taken by and the result made by the NucleoCounter.
The SemenView program does not interfere with the basic image analysis and counting of cells in your sample. The program is used for additional documentation only.
Above you will find a screen dump from the SemenView program. The screen dump shows the basics of the Analysis section:
- The Image data from the "CM file"
- The Result part with the Dilution Factor (DF), Sample ID, Setup (species) and the actual result.
- The File list with the file name and the result from the file
- The "Tabs" used to navigate from "Analysis" to e.g. "Utility"
